8:30am – breakfast – bacon and last nights roast veggies frittata
9:45am – coffee – long black MoccaMaster
12pm – BBQ chicken + bacon and last nights roast veggies frittata
3pm – coffee single shot espresso

6:30pm – dinner with the Mannings – sweet potato, baby spinach and bacon sale + steak + roast root veggies
9pm – bedtime
