Test 1: 100 Burpees for time. *Rest 10 minutes.
— Result: 7:39 – nothing to write home about just ground it out in sets of 10.
Test 2: 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch. *Rest 5 minutes.
— Result: 60kg (no PR but OK w/ the effort)
Test 3: 8 minute AMRAP of:
- 4 Muscle-Ups
- 6 Hang Squat Cleans 85kg
*Rest AT LEAST 3 hours.
Test 4: For time:
- 20′ Pullup Bar “Monkey Bar” Run
- 20 GHD Situps
- 20 KBS 32KG (OH)
- 30′ Pullup Bar “Monkey Bar” Run
- 30 Box Jumps 30/24″ (Regionals standard)
- 30 Push Press 55kg
- 40′ Pullup Bar “Monkey Bar” Run
- 40 Double-Unders
- 40 T2B
— Result: 14:11 – kinda lost my composure on this one and swore a bit… Next time I’m on it…
Test 5: didn’t even bother with this because I was pretty beat down and I was about to run two back to back sessions. Although FYI: 3 rnds for time: 800m run + 20 HSPUs (no fricken way)
