For the last little while I’ve been helping out Nick Hind (Pastor of C3 Church Belconnen) with a new podcast called The Monday message. Each Monday we discuss the previous day [Sunday’s sermon] with a sub 10 min video. We did actually do a video on Monday but due to technical difficulties (no audio) had to reshoot on Tuesday… #puttingItOutThere

7:30am – 2:1 PT session with Kirrily and Maddie
8:30am – coffee – long black with Nick Hind – C3 Monday message (even though it was a tuesday)

broke up push jerks to sets of 4 in the first round and failed the last rep of the second last set – heart breaking so dropped it back to sets of 3 for th rest

2:30pm – post wod refuel – banana + bowl of chicken thigh + coconut water
4pm – bowl of slow cooked pork
between 4-6pm I smashed a heap of almond butter and
6pm – dinner – mad mex double serve of chicken + guacamole
7pm – packet of root veggie chips (olive oil – beetroot, sweet potato, taro) + paleo ball
10pm – bedtime
