Today’s lunch was a bit of a mash-up of pasta, brown rice, veggies and turkey rissoles

Ingredients and weights

  • 120g Steggles Turkey Rissoles
  • 100g Sunrice Brown Rice & Quinoa
  • 75g Zafarelli Fusilli (spiral pasta)
  • 75 Birds Eye Steamfresh – Benas, Carrots & Broccoli (1 bag)
  • 25g Tasty Cheddar Cheese
  • 32g Heinz Smoky Barbeque Sauce

Heated everything up in the microwave and mixed it all together – melted cheese and BBQ sauce was the best way to finish it off

  • Carbs: 101g
  • Protein: 40g
  • Fat: 22g

Probably could have done this without the pasta for a more reasonable macro – see below:

  • Protein: 31g
  • Fat: 21g
