Today’s lunch was a bit of a mash-up of pasta, brown rice, veggies and turkey rissoles

Ingredients and weights
- 120g Steggles Turkey Rissoles
- 100g Sunrice Brown Rice & Quinoa
- 75g Zafarelli Fusilli (spiral pasta)
- 75 Birds Eye Steamfresh – Benas, Carrots & Broccoli (1 bag)
- 25g Tasty Cheddar Cheese
- 32g Heinz Smoky Barbeque Sauce
Heated everything up in the microwave and mixed it all together – melted cheese and BBQ sauce was the best way to finish it off

Probably could have done this without the pasta for a more reasonable macro – see below:
