Spent a bit of time working/playing with a freestanding HSPU and just about nailed on today (an inch of two from the deck for sure) Strict handstands are starting to feel pretty solid but taking even the smallest step for a handstand walk is still just out of my reach… I’ll keep practicing.
SI Joint update: Went and saw Pete (@Enhance) this morning at 5am. He made me cry. By releasing my psoas. I don’t ever want to feel like that again -> I will always stretch my hip flexors from now on.

- Feeling (How did it ‘feel’?): Glad it was over sub 5 mins. Almost gassed out starting second round of burpees but found a rhythm and picked up the pace. forearms blew out in the last 100ms of the row – that’s sucked. It felt OK.
