300 workout (12.30pm)
1/2 hr / Teams of 2 / working through 300 reps each of:
- bar burpee / C&Js (25kg)
- jump lunges
- screw driver push-ups (total BS designed to well and truly ‘screw’ your shoulders… so I just hit regular full ROM push-ups)
- box jumps; and
- sit-ups
It’s more of an opportunity to go and get a good sweat on as the given workout is not actually possible in the given time by yourself or even with a mate (as we did it today). It was pretty funny to look around the gym and watch all the other guys short changing just about all the movements. My push-ups were legit although I only managed to complete:
- 100 box jumps
- 60 push-ups
- 75 BBC&Js
- 200 sit-ups
- 50 jump lunges
Hope I’m not to beat down for another team WOD at Adapt tomorrow?!
