Looking forward to getting back into @adaptcrossfit for some solid training after taking a week off If you’re sick it’s ok to dial things back and even stop training all together – you’re not going lose all your gains in a week right 😉 This week has been filled with lots of walks and rides in the sun, hanging out with my fam and friends – and having a laugh – because it seriously is, the best medicine
