Power clean 1RM attempt Pt1: 100kg – felt really tough this is the first time I’ve hit these (B32WTS was the last time well over 2 months ago…) Pretty disappointed.

Filler: DUs, KB swings, GHD sit-ups. Twas a batltle.

- 15 shrugs w/ 32kg KBs
