I’m not sure what I’ve done but I’ve really managed to flare up my left hip somewhere over the course of the weekend just past (moving house)
Yesterday I could hardly walk – it hurt to sit and it hurt to stand and I even had to get Becca to help me in and out of the car – I was traumatic
The good news is that things feel like they are on the mend – I was able to walk/limp down to the local shopping mall with my daughter Isabelle

It’s annoying, as I thought that my preparations for Murph were going quite well – but to bust myself during the move and put out my training by a week – it’s just so frustrating 🙁
I did manage to do a little session this arvo (without any squatting) – it was:
5x
10 chin-ups
20 push-ups
20 Russian swings @ 16kg
20 renegade rows @ 7kg
