— tried to maintain 20 reps per station per round (1 & 2 composed, rnd 3: battle) But not too disappointed with the result considering my break in training.

Monday 28.11.11

Rehab/prehab:

  • SI Glides (12 each side)

Postural:

  • P1. Sorenson hold @ 90,60
  • P2. bum burner – 30 sec (each leg) x 2
Strength/Play
  • 3×10 HSPU w/ 3min rest between sets: 10,10,7 – don’t want to lose these so I’m going to keep hitting them
  • 3x max effort bar muscle-ups (not full lock out/ slight kip): 4,3,4
