Power clean 1RM attempt Pt1: 100kg – felt really tough this is the first time I’ve hit these (B32WTS  was the last time well over 2 months ago…) Pretty disappointed.

Power clean 1RM attempt Pt 2: 115kg – Made up for shitty result the day before. I think I went to bed dreaming about nailing it. Talk about building neural pathways I guess….

Max effort seated box jump: Final result (no stack) 1150mm

10-10-10-10-10 back squats @:

VOL training: HSPU (S3) w/ 2 reps on the minute for 20 minutes
Filler: DUs, KB swings, GHD sit-ups. Twas a batltle.

3 rounds untimed:

  • 15 reverse hyper @ 40kg
  • 15  shrugs w/ 32kg KBs
