Going on past Whole30 experiences, I have a tendency to get a little bit cranky around day 10. Well that happened today. It’s all well and good when the day goes to plan but if it doesn’t things can quickly go south. My massage app got rescheduled 🙁 My 3 girls at home ate all my sweet potato wedges 🙁 It was a cold, miserable day >( I was cranky, I was testy and my family absolutely copped it. Well I’m sorry about today – I’m sure tomorrow will pick up. I’ll be a better and more loving husband and dad then. – B
