After a pretty average week of training (nothing too epic/recovering from the weekend) it was really good to come into Adapt and train with the group.

I’m starting to get used to training by myself and for the most part I justshow up and get it done, but there’s something about training with others that makes it so much more worth while.

I’m working out things that give me a lot of peace and this is one of them. Definitely in the top 5 things that make me happy.

C: Tabata mashup (push-ups and KBS) push-ups: 11 / KBS: 14
