Been pretty keen to come and train with the group (in the AM) but finding it difficult because of the numbers (eg. I have to coach…) – Going to wrap up work early today and head in to hit some more Outlaw fun in the form of:
5×5 weighted ring dips @

- 7 snatch balance (weight TBA)
- 14 KB swings
- 21 double unders
Tuesday 10.1.12
AM
- gymnastics handstand prac (static and walking)
- strength – 3xHSPU for max reps (w/ 3min rest): 10, 7, 9
PM
- Strength: 5×3 back squat (playing w/ new technique and SI is feeling OK) @ 100kg

A: 8 minute AMRAP of:
- 15 Burpees
- 10 Power Cleans @ 85kg

- Toes to Bar
