Yeah, I’ve already covered what kind of programming we’ll be hitting at Adapt this year in this article. I had my rehab/prehab world rocked by Kstar @ CFX on New Years’ Eve. Everything I thought I knew (OK, well not everything) has been tweaked for a better movement patterns.
For the first time ever my glutes are starting to get DOMs after hitting squats – Oh wow, looks like I’m finally using them. I’m expecting numbers to go down as I firm up this new tech (eg. the proper way) Sean says they should come up again tho?
Last week was an epic battle.

I spent a crapload of time just looking at the bar. Really battling to push harder. No engine ATM. Hope it comes on soon?!
