Wednesday 11.1.12

Been pretty keen to come and train with the group (in the AM) but finding it difficult because of the numbers (eg. I have to coach…) – Going to wrap up work early today and head in to hit some more Outlaw fun in the form of:

5×5 weighted ring dips @

-then-

10 min AMRAP:

  • 7 snatch balance (weight TBA)
  • 14 KB swings
  • 21 double unders

Tuesday 10.1.12

AM

  • gymnastics handstand prac (static and walking)
  • strength – 3xHSPU for max reps (w/ 3min rest): 10, 7, 9

PM

  • Strength: 5×3 back squat (playing w/ new technique and SI is feeling OK) @ 100kg

Monday 10.11.12

A: 8 minute AMRAP of:

  • 15 Burpees
  • 10 Power Cleans @ 85kg

-rest 2 minutes-

B: 5 minute AMRAP of:

  • Toes to Bar

Results: A: 2 rnds + 10 burpees / B: 61 T2B
