A: 5X3 1&1/4 Front Squats – heaviest possible, rest 90 sec.

B: 3 rounds for total reps of:

1 minute ME double-unders
-rest 30 sec.
1 minute ME Barrier Burpees
-rest 30 sec.
1 minute ME Push Press 75/55#
-rest 30 sec.

Results:

A: 5×3 @ 80kg

Strategy: try and maintain consistent numbers across all movements and rounds. Try and work for 50 seconds and gain an additional 10 sec rest for each movement. Go the full minute for each movement on the last round…

B: r1 – 63 / 17 / 25
r2 – 63 / 15 / 26
r3 – 60 / 17 / 25

Outcome: was able to maintain consistent numbers but numbers weren’t that high. Finding it really hard to push myself to breaking point form/mental (I guess I haven’t been there for quite a while now) and the workout was done quite measured – eg. I walked away easy… doh!
