Thursday 29.9.11 300 workout (12.30pm) 1/2 hr / Teams of 2 / working through 300 reps each of: bar burpee / C&Js (25kg) jump lunges screw driver push-ups
Wednesday 28.9.11 Strength DE Box squat: 8×2 @ 50%1RM Â (80kg) + chains RDLs: 3×10 @ 70kg Conditioning 2 rounds @ 1min per station (10mins): push-ups plank squats prowler
I looks like I finally succumbed to the cold/flu/sore throat thing that the rest of the family has been rocking for the last 10 days because my voice is completely gone.
I’ve gotta say that’s it’s been absolutely ages since I felt good enough to do a double session and not only that it was a double VOL training
