One thing that I’ve been finding really useful on this Whole30, sharing my food and training with the whole world (via my blog) is the level of accountability.
When you’ve been eating variations of: almond butter, broccoli, sweet potato, chicken thighs and meatballs for 2 weeks in a row things can get a bit stale and uninspiring.
